2. Services Provided
We provide the following services:
- Consultation and guidance on Xfinity Internet plans and pricing.
- Checking Xfinity Internet service availability at your address.
- Placing Xfinity Internet service orders on your behalf as an authorized reseller.
- Customer support related to the order process.
The actual Xfinity Internet service (including installation, network, support after activation, billing, and technical issues) is provided by Comcast/Xfinity, not by Digital Edge Communication. Once your order is placed and activated, all service-related inquiries should be directed to Xfinity Customer Support.
3. No Affiliation with Comcast / Xfinity
Digital Edge Communication is an independent authorized reseller only. We have no ownership interest in Comcast Corporation, Xfinity, or their subsidiaries. Use of the Xfinity® brand name, logo, or trademarks on this website is solely for the purpose of identifying the products and services we are authorized to resell. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
4. Pricing and Promotions
- All prices displayed on our website are promotional rates for qualifying new Xfinity Internet customers and are subject to change without notice.
- Advertised prices require autopay with a stored bank account and paperless billing, unless otherwise noted.
- Taxes, fees (including broadcast TV fees where applicable), and equipment charges are not included in displayed prices unless explicitly stated.
- After any promotional period ends, standard pricing applies. Digital Edge Communication does not control Xfinity's standard pricing.
- Not all plans are available in all areas. Availability is subject to your service address.
- The 5-Year Price Guarantee locks in the base monthly internet price only; taxes, fees, and equipment charges are excluded.
5. Orders and Order Process
When you contact us to place a Xfinity Internet order, you authorize Digital Edge Communication to submit that order to Comcast on your behalf. You represent that:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are the account holder or authorized to open a new Xfinity account at the service address.
- The information you provide is accurate and complete.
All orders are subject to Xfinity's availability verification, credit check, and service agreement. Order completion and service activation are subject to Comcast's own terms and conditions.
6. Xfinity's Own Terms and Conditions
By ordering Xfinity Internet through us, you also agree to be bound by Xfinity's own subscriber agreement, privacy policy, and acceptable use policy, which are available at www.xfinity.com. Digital Edge Communication has no control over and is not responsible for Xfinity's terms, policies, pricing changes, service interruptions, or customer support.
7. Limitation of Liability
Digital Edge Communication's liability is limited strictly to our reseller role. We are not liable for:
- Any service disruptions, outages, or speed issues related to Xfinity's network.
- Price changes made by Comcast/Xfinity after your order is placed.
- Installation delays or issues.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount (if any) paid to Digital Edge Communication in connection with your order.
8. No Warranties
Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding internet service speed, reliability, coverage, or any other aspect of the Xfinity service itself. All representations about Xfinity service quality are based on information provided by Comcast.
9. Website Use
- You may use our website for lawful purposes only.
- You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- You may not use our website to scrape, harvest, or collect data without our written permission.
